No. Sorenna is a one-off purchase. You pay once, for the cream you ordered, and that's the end of it. There's no subscription, no auto-billing, no membership, and nothing pre-ticked at checkout. If you ever want more, you come back and order again, on your terms.

The price you see at checkout, including delivery, is the full amount you'll be charged.

This cream does not contain retinol. Its key ingredient is Bidens Pilosa, a plant extract used as a gentle alternative. No peeling, no added sun-sensitivity. The formula is made to be gentle enough for daily use on face and body.

Everyone's skin is different, though. So we ask everyone to do a quick patch test before first use: apply a small amount to the inside of your forearm and leave it for 24 hours. The body is the point. Most creams like this are made for faces. This one is made to be used generously everywhere age shows. Hands, arms, neck, chest and face. One tube, one cream, morning and evening, wherever you want it.

We're not going to promise a miracle, because there isn't one. No cream can fix or reverse decades of sun. What this cream does is gently help your skin look and feel better: smoother-looking, softer to the touch, everywhere you use it.

In an 8-week user trial, women used the cream daily and reported their own impressions of how their skin looked and felt. 85% noticed smoother-looking skin, and 95% felt noticeably more hydrated skin. It's self-reported and results vary. But that's honestly what to expect: modest, real, and visible to you.

If you change your mind, you can cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it. Return the product unopened for a full refund. Because this is a skincare product, the tube is sealed for hygiene. Once that seal is broken, we can't accept a change-of-mind return.

This doesn't affect your legal rights. If your cream arrives faulty, damaged, or not as described, you're entitled to a return and refund whether or not it's been opened, under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
