1. Who we are

2. About these terms

These terms set out the rules for using our website and for buying products from us. By placing an order you agree to them. Please read them before you order. We may update these terms from time to time; the version that applies to your order is the one published when you place it.

3. Placing an order

When you place an order you are making an offer to buy. We accept your offer only when we send you an order confirmation email. At that point a contract is formed between you and us. If we cannot accept your order, for example because a product is unavailable, because of an error in the price or description, or because we are unable to obtain authorisation for payment, we will let you know and will not charge you, or will refund any payment already taken.

4. Prices and payment

All prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP) and are the total amount payable for the goods themselves. Delivery charges, where they apply, are shown separately before you complete your order. We take payment through our payment provider at checkout. We take reasonable care to ensure prices are correct, but if we find an error in the price of goods you have ordered we will contact you before dispatch to ask whether you wish to continue at the correct price or cancel.

Dispatch and delivery times, coverage and costs are set out in our Shipping Policy, which forms part of these terms.

6. Cancellation and returns

Your right to cancel and your rights if goods are faulty or not as described are set out in our Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights.

7. Our responsibility to you

If we fail to comply with these terms we are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breach, but we are not responsible for any loss or damage that is not foreseeable. We do not exclude or limit our liability in any way where it would be unlawful to do so. This includes liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, and for any breach of your legal rights in relation to the goods. We only supply products for domestic and private use.

8. Events outside our control

We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control. If such an event happens we will contact you as soon as possible and take steps to reduce the effect of the delay.

9. Your privacy

We use your personal data only as set out in our Privacy Policy.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and any disputes will be subject to the courts of England and Wales.
